The Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities (CFPD) was established by a volunteer Board of Directors in 1994 to develop a supplemental needs trust. The purpose of the trust is to protect a person’s Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid from being impacted should they receive funds that would make them ineligible for these or other public benefits.
