The Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities (CFPD) was established by a volunteer Board of Directors in 1994 to develop a supplemental needs trust. The purpose of the trust is to protect a person’s Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Medicaid from being impacted should they receive funds that would make them ineligible for these or other public benefits.
CFPD Private Services is the support organization to CFPD, offering many services on a fee for service basis. Services offered: Private Case Management, Conservatorships, Trust Advisory Services and Representative Payee (for current clients). We draw on the years of experience and expertise of the Colorado Fund for People with Disabilities.
